Security Protection for Call Centers

As a security manager for a large and growing call center, I found this article (http://www.csoonline.com/article/356064/Call_Center_Security_How_to_Protect_Employees_and_Customers) very informative.  Fortunately, the physical security incidents we have had at our main center have been minimal, and have been headed off by alert supervisors, but it is something that worries me.  We have a particularly troublesome back door, and I an constantly worried about people sneaking in and getting into mischief.  This is an excellent article, and it certainly emphasizes the fact that there is no replacement for alert employees who report security problems right away.  But, if they are conscientious enough  to report problems, the employer has the responsibility to respond.  Thanks CSO for writing this article.
